CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation / No-Show / Deposit Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation / no-show / Deposit policy: 1. **48-Hour Cancellation Notice:** - We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. 2. **Deposit / Cancellation Fees:** - A deposit is required for all online bookings and is non-refundable, but allows for one reschedule. Deposit will be applied to your service total. - Failure to do give 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of your scheduled service or forfeit of your deposit.
