However, to ensure the smooth operation of our salon and to respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following cancellation / no-show / Deposit policy: 1. **48-Hour Cancellation Notice:** - We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. 2. **Deposit / Cancellation Fees:** - A deposit is required for all online bookings and is non-refundable, but allows for one reschedule. Deposit will be applied to your service total. - Failure to do give 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of your scheduled service or forfeit of your deposit.
